Introduction
Baron Court enjoys four star rated guest accommodation with a license bar and separate TV lounge. The building is fronted by guest car parking and over looks The Wellesley Athletics Ground. The beach is at the end of the road and Great Yarmouth town centre is a comfortable 5 minute walk.

Pre-Arrival
The train station is approx. 10 minutes by car, there are always taxis waiting at the station for passengers.

Main Entrance & Reception
There is a small step in the main door entrance of the property which is wide enough for wheelchairs. The main door is always open for access to the reception desk during opening times. Reception, with bell, is located inside the entrance just behind the staircase. The public pay phone is located next to the reception desk. All the downstairs guest facilities are fully carpeted.

Public Areas - General (Internal)
Dinning room, Reception, Separate TV Lounge, Licensed bar and public W.C are on the ground floor. There is a single wide carpeted staircase located in the main hall with a sturdy banister rail, that has 17 steps and two turns, leading up to the first floor. The first floor is also fully carpeted with various hall ways leading to the bedrooms. There is a further carpeted staircase, with handrail, which is narrow and steeper than the main staircase that leads up to the second floor. The second floor is also fully carpeted. All the bedrooms in the building are accessible via either staircase, except the ground floor bedrooms which are located near the main entrance.

Restaurant / Dining Room, Bar and Lounge.
Breakfast and Evening Meals are served in the the dining room which seats between 30 - 36 people. All the tables are separate and seat 2, 4 or 5 people. The tables are square and the chairs have no arms. There are highchairs available and room for both wheelchairs and pushchairs. Menu's are provided in large print.
The Bar is located in the Dining Room, with two round tables, two bench seats and two small stools, seating approx. 12 people.
There is a spacious separate TV Lounge, with two large leather 3 seater sofas, two large leather 2 seater sofas and two armchairs comfortably seating 12 people. An ideal room for relaxing and reading, tourist information leaflets can also be found on display.

Outdoor Facilities
The Patio and private gardens with sea view's are accessed through a door in the dining room, which has a small step down onto the patio and via a side gate, next to the main entrance of the building. Both of which are easily accessible for wheelchair users. On the patio there are tables, chairs, two benches and bricked wall flower boarders. A very gentle slope leads from the patio are onto the private gardens.

All bedrooms are en-suite. 5 Double rooms with walk in showers, 2 Double rooms with bath and showers, 2 Single rooms with walk in Showers, 1 twin room wit walk in shower, 1 large family room with walk in shower and 2 large family rooms with bath and shower. Two of the double rooms wit walk in showers are on the ground floor near the main entrance. These rooms can be used by guests with mobility problems, but they do not have full disabled facilities.

Ground and Gardens
Large patio area, running the full length of the building, giving access to a very large private garden. The private garden is mainly grass, with three areas of shrubs and trees. There is also a gravel path that runs along both lengths, with two steps in the centre leading down to another gravel path that joins the two outer paths together.
